Adrian WardSVP Entertainment, Sports & Media, National Bank of California, Entertainment, Sports & MediaAdrian joined the pioneering boutique lender The Lewis Horwitz Organization in 1991, where he was involved in the development and structuring of some of the first bank production loans based on international sales contracts. Initially Adrian was instrumental in the risk analysis that led to the first ever gap finance transactions and became one of the leading lenders within the company. In 1998 Adrian re-located to London, U.K. as European Representative specializing in packaging multi-party loan transactions involving many of the available European tax incentives. Returning to Los Angeles in 2005 as the Portfolio Manager for ICB Entertainment Finance, he was responsible for oversight of production loans with an aggregate value of approx. $200MM. In March 2007, Adrian joined IDB Bank and built a new entertainment lending division and following this, in April 2008, became the Senior Vice President of NBCal's Entertainment, Sports & Media department. |

James started his working career for Aetna Insurance Company, within the first year he was promoted to Supervisor of Business Estate Analysis. James started his Film career as a Film Booker than Midwest Film manager and than Vice President at New Line Cinema James Left to become President and co Founder of Film Gallery Inc., at the time the largest independent sales agent for Independent product for the domestic ancillary markets. Representing close to 75% of the Independent companies from New Line Cinema, New World and the Saul Zantz Company etc. Mr. Dudelson Left Film Gallery in 1988 and relocated to Los Angeles where he becomes Executive Vice President of Fries Entertainment. At the time Fries Entertainment was the largest producer of Television Movie of the Week. Mr. Dudelson left in 1990 to become an independent producer and Producer the SCI-FI thriller for New Line Cinema. In 1992 he joined Taurus Entertainment as its President CEO. Mr. Dudelson has produced, written and directed three TV series for Showtime. He also Produced and directed the Sci-FI Channel exclusive "Morella" and "Horror 101" staring Bo Derek. He has produced and Co-Directed "Day of the Dead 2" and Creepshow 3" Also producer of the Remake of Day of the Dead staring Vig Raines, Nick Cannon and Mena Suvari. |

Mark MorrisProducer, Director/Cameraman; Media Consultant at Spirit Mktg.Mark started out shooting commercials and corporate films as a partner in Mambrino Prods., Hollywood. He emerged as an award-winning director-cameraman, with local Emmy, Clio, Gold Cindy award, New York Intl. Film Festival Gold, Platinum Aurora, Telly and Houston Worldfest awards. Early on he mastered use of various forms of videotape and film production. He has been a freelance DP for 20 years, shooting with film cameras, broadcast video, doc-friendly digital formats, HD and digital cinema recording systems. He has shot a vast variety of media projects from feature films (21 of them) to commercials, from web series to promos. He has directed re-enactments and shot multi-hour documentary productions of books such as “Guests of the Ayatollah,” “Skeletons On the Sahara,” and “Black Hawk Down.” He has co-produced five one-hour TV documentaries, two pilots and two independent feature films. His credits on documentaries and series are frequently seen on PBS, Discovery, History Channel, A&E, TLC, MSNBC, HBO, Lifetime, Travel Channel, Speed Channel, True TV and Spike. In 2009 he joined Spirit Marketing to leverage his knowledge of media production into successful internet ventures for business and entertainment. |
