Feature Films.

1. Register with Cinesouq.
2. Create your own unique Profile Page with your photo, bio, resume, and awards.
3. Create a Movie Page, fill out your contact info and the title's information, upload trailer, add synopsis, cast and crew, key art and stills, reviews and awards.
4. Instantly publish your title to go live for buyers/distributors, sales agents, and producer's reps to see.
5. Start utilizing all our sales tools to enable you to connect, market, and license your title to distributors worldwide,
6. Gain access to all our resources including available rights and pricing section, sales contracts, invoices and projected sales percentages per territory.
7. Interested buyers will contact you through your private chatbox.
8. You negotiate the licensing fees, terms and rights with the buyers directly. Upon closing a sale, you will draft the contracts and send to them for approval and signature.
9. Upon execution of contracts by both parties, the buyer wires the payment to a bank trust account setup by Cinesouq.
10. You deliver your video masters to our partner lab*.
11. The Lab manufactures the delivery materials, and collects the materials costs from the buyer.
12. The lab ships the delivery materials to the buyer.
13. The buyer has 30 days to inspect the materials.
14. At the end of 30 days, the bank releases the license fee to you.

*Cinesouq will not have access to your video masters.

Contract Fulfillment and Delivery: When closing a deal with a buyer, you can hire us to draft the contracts, collect the license fees (into a trust account), deliver the picture to the buyer through our partner lab on your behalf, and get you paid.

BUYERS, (Free Service)

1. Register and get accredited.
2. Gain full access to Cinesouq.
3. Check available rights for titles that interest you.
4. Review title info, watch trailers and screen full-length titles instantly.
5. View pricing info for titles and make offers.
6. Deal with the seller directly, or have the Filmmaker bring in Cinesouq to be the liaison.
7. Seller or Cinesouq drafts and execute contracts.
8. You submit license fees into a bank trust account setup by cinesouq.
9. Seller delivers video master to our partner lab.
10. You pay the delivery materials costs directly to the lab.
11. You have a 30 day inspection period to approve the video masters.
12. At the end of 30 days the seller gets paid the license fee through the bank trust account.
