FILMMAKERS:

  1. Register with Cinesouq
  2. Create your own FREE unique Profile page, with your bio, resume, and awards (public) and contact info (private)
  3. Submit and upload your film's information: trailer, synopsis, cast and crew, key art and stills, reviews, and festival selections ($9.99 per   month)
  4. Enter all available rights and pricing per territory for your title
  5. Pay related fees
  6. Instantly publish your title to go live for buyers/distributors, sales agents, and producer's reps to see
  7. If you choose to have your full length screener available, please send a DVD screener of your film to our offices (Recommended)
  8. Cinesouq will encode, watermark, and upload your film to our servers ($199 one-time charge)
  9. Your entire film will be available for private screening purposes within 72 hours of receipt
  10. Cinesouq will give you an additional 20 Screening Tokens monthly - you may issue those to sales agents, producer's reps for representation, and for licensing to buyers/distributors, who are not registered with Cinesouq, and invite them to screen your film
  11. You are now ready to market your film to anyone you desire, utilizing Cinesouq's unique platform and extensive community
  12. Cinesouq markets your film in a weekly newsletter to Distributors, Sales Agents, and producer's reps worldwide
  13. Cinesouq offers you relevant information on film distribution, and film delivery
  14. We provide with you extensive contact information for distributors, sales agents, and producers' reps
  15. Use your private chatbox to communicate and negotiate directly with all interested parties
  16. If you receive an offer from a distributor, you can utiliuze our sample contracts and delivery checklists to help you close the deal
  17. All of the tools are now in your hands to market and distribute your program globally


What else?

When closing a deal, you may choose to have Cinesouq act on your behalf to draft the contracts, collect the license fees, deliver the picture to the buyer, and get you paid. A flat fee of $500 applies, for this service per contract, excluding bank wire transfer fees or credit card processing fees.

Note: A 10% transaction fee is applied for each sale to a distributor achieved through Cinesouq.

BUYERS:

  1. Register, and list your company for FREE
  2. Cinesouq processes your application to grant you accreditation
  3. You gain full access to Cinesouq
  4. Check available rights for titles that interest you
  5. Review title info, watch trailers and screen full-length programs instantly
  6. View pricing info for titles and make offers
  7. Deal with the seller directly, or have the Filmmaker bring in Cinesouq to be the liaison
  8. Seller or Cinesouq drafts and execute contract
  9. You submit license fees
  10. Seller or Cinesouq manufactures deliverables, and forwards all required materials to you
  11. You have a 30 day inspection period to approve the video masters


AGENTS:

  1. Register, and list your company for FREE
  2. Gain access to viewing any and all of the titles on Cinesouq
  3. To watch full-length screeners, and make offers for acquisitions, you need to contact the filmmaker to be invited to screen their title
  4. Find new clients and films to represent
  5. If you choose to have a client's work placed on Cinesouq, set up a Filmmaker page.
  6. Upload your client's title information, trailer, cast and crew, key art and stills and for each title ($9.99 monthly per title)
  7. If you choose to have your full length screener available, please send a DVD screener of your film to our offices (Recommended)
  8. Cinesouq will capture, encode, watermark, and upload your full-length screener ($199 one-time charge)
  9. Any registered and accredited buyer/distributor on Cinesouq can screen your clients' films on an unlimited basis and make offers
  10. Cinesouq will issue you an additional 20 views per month, included in the "Filmmaker plan"
