Since a young age, back in Russia, Max has been fascinated with the world of high technology. He started learning programming while he was in 7th grade. "Basic", was the first computer language he learned, and by the end of high school he was able to write programs - literally, utilizing any computer language.

Max had always admired, and was influenced by people in the arts and entertainment business. In 2004, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in art design and web development.

In less than 2 years, Max quickly established himself as a web designer with a deep knowledge of internet engineering. He deployed several web portals for both, the entertainment and financial industries. His portfolio includes work created for renowned companies like Magis Advisors, Lantern Lane Entertainment, and Strategy Systems.

In 2006, Max joined Hollywood Wizard to design the company's website, build its operations database, and handle all aspects of its tech needs. Since then, he has been instrumental in helping the company implement its forward thinking ideas into concrete tools that continually help move Hollywood Wizard into the broad new media world of entertainment.

Max's latest challenge was to capture and implement Tony Kandah's vision: "Utilize new technology to take film distribution into a new future.", the result is Cinesouq - The World's Online Film Market.

The company's goal is for Cinesouq to become the #1 destination for independent film distribution, and a home for the most talented independent filmmakers.  Mr. Glotov, will help us achieve those goals.
