SYNOPSIS
Her family murdered.
Hidden from the world… and trained by a master.
SIN-JIN
Treatment and Screenplay by Justine Juel Gillmer
Based on a story by John Radel and Calvin Tan
STORY LINE
The daughter of one of the world’s most dangerous assassins, a very young Sin-Jin was hidden from her father’s killers and brought up by her grandfather; an exiled Shaolin monk who lives a reclusive life in the Chinese mountains. He trains her in the lifestyle and skills of the Shaolin and she surpasses his expectations.
Her father’s blood flows through her veins, and against her grandfather’s wishes, the now twenty-one year old Sin-Jin goes in search of her father’s killers.
Thus begins the coming of age journey of a young woman in an age where morality is twisted and complex, and nobody in this world is entirely good or entirely evil. Sin-Jin travels along the sliding scale of good and evil, consumed by rage and the need for revenge, towards a kind of peace and redemption.
As a girl - everything she loved was taken from her. As a woman, she vows to take it all back.
But is the price she has to pay too high?
