Yes you can post all your films with trailers, key art, stills, cast and crew and your contact info, all for free.
Yes, you can license those rights per territory, when you post your films you will also enter the available territories for each film, and the buyers will be able to see those available rights for their respective territory.
You have a list of distributors from around the world on our website in your account page under resources, you can research those buyers to make sure they are licensing the genre of film you have, then contact them and direct them to your movie page on Cinesouq.
