I am a distributor, how do I become a member of Cinesouq? What does Cinesouq offer me as a distributor? What is an accredited buyer? Who can screen and license films on the Cinesouq site? How do I check avails for my territory? How do I make an offer for a film I am interested in? Who am I licensing films from, Cinesouq or the owners of the pictures listed? Who executes delivery on a title and how? How can I submit payment for a title? What happens if I receive defective delivery materials from the seller?
What happens if I receive defective delivery materials from the seller?
You have a 30 days inspection period, if within those 30 days you have found the materials to be defective, you contact Cinesouq and the seller and provide us with a report from your lab stating what the issues are. It is the responsibility of the seller to fix the issues and redeliver the corrected materials to you before they are paid the license fee. Cinesouq will make sure that your protected throughout the process, and if the delivery materials could not be correcte you will be rfunded your license and delivery materials fees.
